    The printer arrived in good condition. FedEx delayed the shipment, claiming a “Delivery Exception” and a hold requested on the delivery. I tried to use their online customer service and it refused to answer my questions so I searched for their phone number and had to argue with the lousy AI there that refused to answer or connect me to a person. When a live person answered, it was likely an Indian phone scammer. Commenting on Facebook got me flooded with messages and friend requests from others.
