I’m a person who collects things so the case was pretty important to me but again I’m sure the seller didn’t mean for it to come cracked. The CD looks perfect with no scratches so that made me happy!! It is indeed a mint CD, inserts, case and all when I packed it. The CD is pristine. I would have switch out the case even if there is the tiniest crack. The crack is likely happened when a small package like this is thrown into the general package bin at USPS facilities and then larger heavy package get thrown in as well and landed onto the small package.
