Buyer demanded immediate refund and Seller offered to ship a replacement item, but buyer went through ebay to resolve matter with no quicker resolution as item still in-transit by USPS and now have a delayed reply vis-a-vis eBay. Lesson learned with USPS and listen to seller when offering to re-ship a delayed item. Unfortunately, we do not control USPS delays / issues.
