Use a smaller box please, not the first one that’s handy. I had to reset the PC because it had dodgy software on it. Massive scratch across the back of the unit, dispatched quickly great communication and it’s filthy. Sorry not recommended.

They admit they should have advised me thay my ordered machine was out of stock and not just sent an alternative. Also, they offered a free return label. However, I accepted a small financial gesture of good will to keep the machine as I had already set up the new machine and disposed of the packaging. So far I am pleased with the machine I received.
