    When we received the advent calendar it had been opened. When we reached out to the seller to seek resolution, he assured us it was a new item when it was shipped. When we offered to provide pictures. The reply was “I’m not quite sure how that’s going to change the situation” followed by “what exactly are you looking for”. Finally the seller offered to provide a refund but we would have to pay for shipping. We are keeping the item but will not purchase from this seller again.
