    This guy is as nutty as a Christmas fruitcake!! He makes a sale one day, cancels the sale the following day because it is out of stock or damaged and then re-lists the very same item the next day. He says he won't sell "to dealers" or to anyone that may or may not re-sell an item. Who is he to judge what a buyer may due?? I happen to be a collector of the railroad item that he cancelled. Yes, this guy is not playing with a full deck of cards!!

    Philip had me blocked for years, and lifted the block in order to purchase an item I have so he could add 200% and sell it on his ebay store. I was unaware that he took me off block to buy something and resell it. I have clearly stated I do not sell to dealers. For someone to take me off a block list that he did, so he can discreetly buy an item is a poor business practice. His use of his language above also indicates his character. I wish him nothing but the best.
