I tried updating, reconnecting, mounting the speakers on the wall, hard resetting, nothing seemed to fix the choppy audio. Then one day out of nowhere they just stopped working, and for 2 days I couldn't figure out how or why. Finally, decided to factory reset my entire set up...problem solved, except for the right speaker sounding a bit fuzzy from time to time
