Entirely the sellers faults not the postal service. When item arrived it was damaged and placed inside the box broken open. The item had already been opened and this was not explained in the description. There was absolutely no packaging at all. The item was placed inside an empty box. Very dissatisfied for the insane price I paid for this item which was to have been a gift for a child in my Sped. Class.
