    Item was perfect and new. Buyer informed me it was damaged in shipping. We have been in communication. He asked me to handle USPS insurance claim. I agreed and asked him to send me the item and packaging, which he agreed too do. Today, be posted negative feedback, implying I shipped a damaged item. I informed him he could now handle the insurance filing at his end.
