When it arrived if the seat is what it says it is but there is no hardware it should have two brackets that bolt to the floor with the bolts and it should have brackets for the side or the tub with the bolts. It does not that's why I paid the amount of paid which is more than one without the hardware. Hardware is available for 40 bucks. If I have to buy that I am not
