All i got was a "sorry" from the seller. Communication was great, very nice guy, shipping was good, packaging was good, not as described, unfortunately, and not great value. He did work with me on the price alot but I wouldn't have paid what I paid for the jacket if I knew about the whole. So alittle bit of a bummer.

My item arrived damaged, but I do believe it could’ve survived if it was handles correctly by the courier. My item was as described and was fairly priced. I would order from them again, it was just unfortunate my item was damaged in transport.
