    Your card was dropped off with the carrier the day after the order was placed. It came encased in both a soft and hard sleeve for extra protection. The order was refunded seeing that there were no updates on tracking after a week had elapsed. A replacement was offered but leaving an underhanded review became your preferred course of action.
