I bought two games from seller that were listed as very good condition. Received the games to see that the one game looked like it was literally dragged across cement. The other had a deep scratch ok it. Contacted seller to only have said the listing said there were some scratches and apparently I never read description. The listing should have been labeled as acceptable at best. Seller hasn't replied to me in a day. Those situations are rare and when they are, I always ask my customer how can I make things right, which I did in this case but did not get any feedback on how to help. Condition did state that the Games discs were damaged (but tested and works). Also, I'm very sorry for the 1 day delay for my reply, it was a holiday in Quebec, where I live and was out of town.
