I am still having issues with my door opener, so I suspect that I misdiagnosed the issue. Regardless, I am keeping this card in the opener as I try to troubleshoot the real cause of the issue I am experiencing. The card was just as stated in the description and was priced better than what I could have purchased it for locally.
