      I bought 2 patterns which could have been sent in one envelope with combined postage, (I didn't ask, I thought common sense would prevail) instead I was charged 2.15 for one and 1.64 for the other, sent in a normal paper envelope with no protection. That aside they were posted as 2nd class large letter 45p each a total of 90p postal cost plus an envelope! Extortionate postage cost. Patterns as described and arrived eventually 2nd class.
