    Alan was very helpful. He sent pictures of the unit software and documents when I asked him about it. Item came very well packaged, undamaged, as described, in good condition and looked great. I just tested the unit myself and everything worked great. I absolutly love the CNX80/GNS 480 and Alan made it very easy to aquire one. I highly recommend going to Alan for used Avionics or other things and I will absolutely be buying again from Alan in the near future.
