The messaging was also unpleasant but that was about something entirely different. Thankfully I did receive the item, but it definitely wasn't new or even a full bottle. wound up ordering another bottle so I have a back up but probably won't be purchasing from again. For almost $30 a bottle, I was hoping to get the full unused bottle of polish. Hopefully the next one is.
