No instructions in the box to say the bottles are made of glass, nothing that says how to open them or to use caution. They looked plastic, and when I tried to open it, the glass shattered everywhere and cut my hand. Seller refused to refund bc it was opened and bc it’s intended for a professional who should know how to open an ampoule. But no medical license number was required to purchase. And eBay is selling to the public of course. How would I know? Awful.
