I reported this to the seller who said maybe someone burned patchouli near it. (What?) and if I wanted to return it they gave me mailing instructions. That was last evening. This AM they said “case is closed” no returns accepted. This is insane to me. I’ve been shopping for decades with eBay and I’ve never seen anything like this happening. Received a courtesy discount, bag shipped, in excellent condition, fast shipping, complained about smell of bag once received. Bag was in excellent condition, no smell but I offered a refund ( message sent), no response, no request for a return or refund. She can write a negative review but not ask for a refund if she was not satisfied but chose not to. Ebay can read the notes and make a comparison with what was said.
