The product was wrapped in so much bubble rap and tissue paper to prevent it from braking which is more than anyone else I have seen when packaging fragile items. The product was exactly is not better than it was in the photos! Upon arrival the package had my handwritten address and even a handwritten note inside with a free jewelry piece. What made this even more special was the thought and customization. Shipping was on time.
