Ebay's response was: "This case was found in your favor. More info: We didn’t receive valid proof of delivery from the seller." This was very unfortunate; I really needed this item for my research. It has significantly hindered a project I am working on. This is, I believe, my first negative review in nearly 20 years of purchasing. BTW, I didn't want a refund, I wanted the book!

I had to get ebay themselves to step in and issue a refund after nearly a month of no shipment or response and they even rejected my cancellation request showing that they are simply ignoring me. This seller is extremely scummy and you should avoid purchasing an item from them at all costs. I repeat DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
