    Seller even included the screws to secure the WiFi card. Something others don't.

    Just as described, a functioning CPU. It arrived well packaged but had several pins bent. (Maybe through USPS handling?) Luckily with some tedious work, I managed to gently bend the pins back into place so it wound contact correctly with the mother board. Based on this, I can only hope that this was a fluke and not the sellers fault.
