    After waiting for a whole month, despite the high shipping cost, the books arrived in a flimsy box, all battered, and since they were wrapped in just a single layer of bubble wrap, the spines, corners and edges were badly bumped. The packing was obviously inadequate, despite the fact that I explicitly asked to pack them properly, and the seller said that they would do so.
