There was a banged corner and three punctures from handling during shipment. Item appears to be unharmed, though, and I only tested it once so far, and it seems to be working fine. Decent for price. Just hope it lasts for a while. Recommend sending in a box or with bubble wrap to protect it to avoid possible returns from damage.

I have not tried it yet as my current coffee maker has bounced back to life after a thorough cleaning. It looks good and I believe that it will be a good quality product for the money. Thanks.

Unit is a nice slim design that doesn't take up much space. I use ground coffee & this unit does both inc. K-cups. Brews quickly from 6-14 oz. also brews nice & hot! I've had good luck with other Chefman products, hoping this will be long lasting as well. Good price & value from this vendor. The black & silver is a nice look, parts seem to be of good construction.

The ad said that these had at least one year left before expiring. I jumped on the listing and purchased. They were well packaged and arrived in stated condition, however one of them did not have the total year left. After contacting the seller they told me to send it back and they would replace it with one that did. As promised I received the replacement and it was as stated in the ad. The only issue was that the packaging of one mouse was broken, probably due to shipping, but the mice themselves work perfectly. I recommend using a box instead of a bag for better protection.
