    I was completely cheated by the seller regarding the information and facts about the product.The product received didn't match the information and pictures shown on e-bay. The product that I received was either open box or refurbished, while it was supposed to be brand new. Furhermore, it took the seller 3 days to send me the return label and when I questioned the seller for the reason of the delay I didn't get any response. The actual refund was issued to me only after 3 weeks.
