After testing each cell multiple times for capacity, ALL of the cells are unusable at less than 20-30% capacity. Since ALL 60 cells are useless, I can assume that the seller sells rejected cells that are known to be unusable for a battery pack in a hybrid. Seller is uncooperative so Ebay will have to settle this issue. Stay away from this seller!!!
