I did bring this to their attention, and they did not offer to correct the error. The shipping costs were reasonable, so it was not a big deal. My package did sit at their site for a few days until I brought it to their attention. I guess the local driver did not stop to get the item as scheduled. Once I brought it to their attention the package started to move and arrived on time.
