Item described as new, with tags inside the bag. Leather has deep indentation, like something heavy with sharp angles was stored on top of it. Item was advertised as being "grey". Tag clearly stated "taupe". The bag is definitely NOT grey. I already have a taupe bag. I needed a grey bag. The cost of shipping was more than the cost of the bag, so not worth returning. I'll just be donating it to a charity organization. Oh well, I'll try again somewhere else.
