Careful examination of this sweater reveals there is one small area on the sleeve that does show slight hard -to-find damage. (See photos 20-21, zoom in) The mercerized cotton does show some surface unraveling in that area. It does not appear to go all the way through so there does NOT appear to be a hole. This could be repaired by someone with some knowledge of sweater repair. The rest of the sweater appears to be in great shape considering its vintage age. No other noted rips, tears, stains, marks, repairs or odors.”
