When you put it in the proper place, from the transition to the cruise control the cable makes 2 very sharp bends. This caused the cable to wrap around itself and snap, the knot of cable then lays right next to the exhaust. For me this actually caught fire in my engine bay. I was able to easily put it out because I had water near by, but if i didn't this would have burnt a lot of my engine bay if not my car This is not for a 75 Eldorado
