I received 2 conditioners and NO SHAMPOO ! I instantly messaged the seller and found thus far were dancing around the resolve. I have repeatedly stated I want the bottle of shampoo sent out or a refund. This was meant to get packed and presented as a gift. Beautycraze thus far have not sent out my replacement
