Don’t buy from this seller. He listed Apple AirPods Pro as new and never used. They fell apart when my granddaughter opened them. Apple wouldn’t cover them because they had been refurbished by an unauthorized person. Seller then admitted they were refurbished, and offered me a partial refund for broken and unusable pods. I had to file a claim so I could return and be refunded. Wish I could give him a 0 rating. Sellers need to be honest!

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the purchase. I want to clarify that the category I listed them under didn't provide an option to specify refurbished status. As far as the damage, the item was in perfect condition when it left my possession, and it appears that the damage may have occurred from an external source. Yes, I initially offered a partial refund however I am more than willing to provide a full refund upon receiving the item back.
