Item was marked shipped but did not ship until I contacted the seller a week later. Seller responded quickly and sent it out the next day. When it arrived it did not turn on at all so I let the seller know it was broken and they stopped responding to me entirely. Seller also promised to refund shipping but did not follow through.

Seller contacted me, it turned out they were not available during the few days where I received no messages back from them. They've offered a full refund and even offered to pay for the fuses I bought to try and fix the item so I consider this going above and beyond and think this is a good seller who is willing to do what is right when things don't turn out as planned.
