Sorry you did not have a good experience. I am not sure what else I could have done for you. Item was double boxed and showed up undamaged, buyer confirmed. Buyer stated the dial did not work so I accepted the return. Item showed back up and it worked fine. Beware of this buyer he made false claims to get a return. SMH, I have been on ebay for 24 years and had countless successful transactions. This type of buyer gives ebay a bad name.
