These bottles need to be thrown away they are all scratched up and very stained

These Sippy Bottles were used bottles. Due to the fact that they were pink bottles the stains were not visible. Obviously when you purchase used bottles, they might have a few scratches on them. I'm sorry you weren't happy with your purchase; however, I wish you had given me an opportunity to correct the situation before you rated me. Upon notification, I immediately refunded you your money and didn't require return of the items.
