Missing 4 pieces from the saggy bag kit . Not happy at all. The kit was being installed when they noticed the other parts were missing ,my mechanic sourced out some material that would work which he had to cut of course I have to compensate him for material and work 150.00 later. I could not just return kit as seller suggested it was not feasible as the install had already started and he basically blew me off. Not happy at all terrible customer service and quality control obviously.

We take our customer service very professional. We offered you to return. You declined. we asked you what we can do to accommodate. you never responded. We supplied lots of pictures of the kit plus the type and years this will fit. It seems you ordered the wrong kit. We will file a complaint regarding this issue. thank you for your time.
