Element was shipped in a cardboard box with no packing material to secure it inside the box. As a result, the box was damaged and the element was badly bent. Took me around an hour to straighten it in order for it to sit properly in place in the oven. So far it works fine. Seller agreed to return, but I just kept it because we really needed our oven. Seller did not address my concern about the poor packaging.
