Good seller and fast shipping. The price is suitable. But the quality of the arm pad is not good. It is much harder than the original Classsic Areon arm pad. In addition, there are defects on the surface and I can't clean them.

I am sorry that you were not satisfied with the arm pad. But this was the arm pad I chose over the vendors that were competing for the bid. Some were way too soft, which ended up getting damaged easily, this one, from a service technicians point of view, was the best choice. It may be slightly harder than the original vinyl, but this arm pad would not damage so easily. As for the stain, you could have contacted me, & I would have shipped another set to replace that set.
