Order was placed right before the Memorial Day Weekend. I have a 5-day shipping window, and opted to wait until after the Holiday to mail the item. The buyer never let me know it was a "rush" order or that she needed it by a certain time until after the weekend. Communication is everything! I offered to cancel the order and refund her money because once I mail the item, I have NO control over how long it takes to get there. And yes, the item took the scenic route. Not my fault.
