    Seller was extremely helpful made a youtube video showing the steps doing the CMOS jumper to reset the BIOS lock which these thin clients had came with, to reset to default settings where the default bios lock "Fireport" works and you're able to then proceed to disable the lock in the settings. They're decent little machines for light weight server stuff, though anything involving media transcoding even just a bit they struggle hugely with. Keep your expectations in check. They idle around 6.5w
