The quality is a little questionable, the pulley is functional but the keyway was very poorly done. Fortunately a little bit of filling and grinding fixes it. There was also a bit of pitting on one side of the keyway. Despite that small issue the pulley works just fine and was a great upgrade from the original aluminum pulley I had.
