The seller sold counterfeit coins, this was discovered by customs and was not allowed into Israel, and customs returned the parcel back. The seller does not return money! Exit-submission of an application by my lawyer to the international court. Coin double gold sovereign 1879 not issued counterfeit coin.

The buyer refused to pay customs and duties fees which were raised by the Israeli customs authorities. He assumed that we were going to submit a false customs declaration so that he did not have to pay taxes ! This is obviously not something we can do.
The buyer then submitted false information to the Israeli customs authority, which has frustrated the return of the items and caused significant extra expense on our side. These costs will be passed on to the buyer.
