- a***j (1112)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseThis was not duckweed but duck vomit. Item was extremely small and the first day used got swallowed up by the pond filter. It was a load of rubbish
- n***c (198)- Feedback left by buyer.Past yearVerified purchaseI ordered "Duck Weed" for my pond, but what arrived was a disaster. The packaging was soggy, one of the ziplock bags leaked, and the contents were so rotten they had turned gelatinous. The smell was absolutely putrid, like rancid meat, and lingered in my house for hours. I had to throw everything out immediately. The real issue came when I contacted the seller—they dismissed my concerns and condescendingly "educated" me on pond biology, ignoring the fact that the product was poorly packagedReply from: ninisthings- Feedback replied by seller ninisthings.- Feedback replied by seller ninisthings.Hi, im sorry to see you had a poor experience. As mentioned in the messages those leaves look perfectly healthy and would have been safe to go into your pond. When aquatic plants are bagged up they need to be fully sealed so they don't dry out in transit but this may lead to a little bacteria smell, a little like spinach does when sealed in a bag for a few days. The plant is extremely hardy and would have been perfectly fine to go into your pond there was no need to throw them out.
