overall relatively positive. He let me know that the item was broken after the sale. Even though he asked if i wanted a refund, I sill declined but I cannot be positive that it was not already broken and I was told it happened while putting item in shipping box. But who can be sure. Its a statue and not like it is gonna be taken off the shelf. I am OK with the damage because you cannot notice it unless you are in front of it. So I'll keep it behind glass, still looks cool.
