I had an issue about this item, the item came to me in good condition and with a tag so it means its brand new. But after 2days of using it, the handle started to peel and crack , the bag is not that cheap and its branded. I was so sad and dissapointed. I hope i can get a refund since i cannot use the bag anymore because it realy looks bad and ugly.
