I didn't know to open the pc case to insert the graphic card I asked to come seperately and the engineer assisted straight away with a video call. I checked all components of the pc and they all are new and of best brands, they also sent their boxes, all arrived well protected. Absolutely 5 stars well worth the money for this big powerful machine. Thank you, so happy.

One small issue the item was clearly advertised as a HP Monitor but a NEC monitor arrived. I now realise that somewhere in the description it did mention that the item may be one of many branded makes. They admit they should have advised me thay my ordered machine was out of stock and not just sent an alternative. Also, they offered a free return label. However, I accepted a small financial gesture of good will to keep the machine as I had already set up the new machine and disposed of the packaging. So far I am pleased with the machine I received.
