My first 2 contacts with seller explaining it was a defective 7 Dollar DVD, the seller suggested I clean the DVD with toothpaste, & suggested I clean the laser on my player, told me to try a different player, etc. My time is worth more than a defective 7 dollar DVD. Buyers: My policy is if you want get a refund for a defective item, then return the item. It would have taken him less time to print the return label provided to him than writing this feedback. I've been doing it this way for 26 years without a problem.
