I rate this as a positive experience only because the seller handled the situation so incredibly.
It was heartbreaking to have the box and item arrive damaged in such a way.
The item and shipping box was terribly damaged in shipping.
I don’t understand how those handling these one of a kind items during shipping can be so thoughtless as to damage this box and item in the box so badly, and, not give any apology.
