I contacted the seller as the loop holding the handle wasn’t attached properly. The response from them was an offer of a 20% discount. I refused this as I couldn’t use the handbag.They asked me to return the handbag for a replacement,They now tell me that I returned it outside their return date. I didn’t, I returned it because it’s faulty and unusable.
Please don’t buy from this seller unless you want to be treated like me.
I definitely don’t recommend them.
