We didn't receive any proof of delivery or tracking. We didn't receive a return. Ebay closed the return. I asked if you could send us the tracking info via a message as we don't receive anything from you or Ebay. Then Ebay closed the case.
You also asked for an exchange in the returns case and then messaged asking for a refund on an item that was never returned.
Sometimes things go missing in the post. If you would have messaged us the tracking number we would have refunded/exchanged.
